ELLA membership is open to towns, villages, and cities in the lower Hudson Valley. One annual membership covers all individuals serving the member municipality, including but not limited to:
- Conservation Boards
- Conservation Advisory Committees
- Sustainability Task Forces
- Environmental Advisory Committees
- Open Space Committees
- Planning Boards
- Zoning Boards of Appeals
ELLA membership provides opportunities to learn from field experts and collaborate on a regional level. It also offers a variety of resources (on and offline) for members to strengthen their role as environmental leaders in their municipality and the Lower Hudson Valley.
